I've had a fiddle with the combat/shooting values to make those more decisive. I think the morale will be OK when people are actually taking losses... that way routing units will start having modifiers that will make them less "instantly rallyable".
Dave's suggestions about the power armour moves are brilliant and I've already added those in.
I think maybe we should have started with lighter troops... we were in the far corner of low firepower/high armour ratio.
And Chris wanting more exotic stuffs is reasonable -- if we can get the base system to work, nifty stuff should be easy to add without too much interruption to flow.
