Hi all, just in case anyone's interested, there is a micro-cell of ADLG (Art de la Guerre) players at CCGC - namely Dave and myself. I quite like these rules even though I regularly lose with them - the numbers of figures needed are relatively low compared to other rulesets, the playing area is smaller and the time taken for resolution is shorter (and it usually does reach a resolution, even with novices). However, despite this it still gives the feel of a big ancients/medieval battle, with lots of head scratching needed about tactical decisions. You can find out more on the rules here: www.artdelaguerre.fr/adlg/v3/?/en/If you want to give it a go sometime drop me a line! Cheers, Chad

So does this run with 15mm figures based as per DBx and FoG?

Chad,
Have you given up on FoG? I can get away with painting fewer Hittites if you have.

No not given up on FoG, just trying out all the different rulesets atm. If you want a v3 game (of FoG) let me know and I'll try and read the rules!
