That was indeed an exciting 1st half and with only 1 touchdown scored the match is still open. Neither of us are Dwarves after all haha. I just need to squash a few more Skinks...

In a check on the rules with the gurus....I still have an option of Challenge the call, though it has drawbacks, its in a weird place in the rulebooks. However, your blocker #1 that my Krox dismally failed to squash and indeed injured himself counts as having caused the casualty despite it not being his block, and the apothecary saving the Krox...ergo he needs to get two more SPPs!

Ah fair enough re the sending off.
Interesting re the casualty. It makes a certain kind of sense from a narrative point of view.

Not sure I will challenge it or not...a six negates it effectively, a one means I cannot challenge again and I take a -1 on a kick off result. Will think before thegame

I guess it depends on how much you want a full 11 players on the pitch at the start of the 2nd half.

After a hard fought game and a distressingly rapidly increasing number of skinks in the hurt bin, Poikilotherms win 2-0. Highlights include an interception by the Kroxigor back to top form after nearly wiping himself out in a block, several arguments with the referee over the regulations none of which were won by the coaches, swift orc kick returns and classes in cage building and breaking. Need to finish the paint job and to bring on the Chaos Dwarves and Chaos Chosen teams next.

It was a very fun match. That interception by the Krox was both amazing and horrifying.

The River Rats could be dusted off.
Will have to have do a refresh on the rules before fielding.

The rules are 99% the same as the Competition Pack, the last iteration of the Living Rulebook. We spotted a few minor changes as we went, but they are small. If you are a bit rusty the changes are likely to feel no more than the bits you had forgotten.

I have re-loaded the Android game on my tablet for a bit off a practice. Forgotten how deep this game can be!
Starting funds at 100000 as before? Any stand out changes to be aware off?

There are some price changes, but not for Skaven I think. All gutter runners get weeping blade skill added though.
