So, I can't make the next Monday for a game, but can pop down with the beasties for you, KatIE. How about a game on the 15th?

Well, I was wondering if you wanted to split it. I could do with a few more Cyclos to pad out that army and the SWAT would be useful. Could you use the Marines?

I had already started a spreadsheet, during the first listing of this lot, with what's what. From my reckoning, as far as I went down the path of ID'ing each figure: there's about 10 marines (a couple with heavy weapons), 24 cyclos (incl. EBS and heavy weapons) and 12 SWATs (some with heavy weapons). You've also got 20 kryomek, including 3 warmasters, 3 helions, 4 spore launcher warriors, plus some other warriors.

I'll take the 10 marines off you, for sure...for the right price, of course ;¬)

So, Katie, I can pop by the club this evening to drop off the aliens I have under my desk. Or, if you can wait until next week, it's a little more convenient for me to give you them on the 15th, when I'll probably have the car and the timing is better for me getting to Milton for a RPG session.

In other news, I'm now awaiting delivery of a variety of hex bases for my own kryomek swarm. Including double and various triple 25mm hexes for the helions. There's a small chance that some of these will be based and, at least, undercoated for next week. It depends on the chap from Products for Wargamers putting the stuff in the post and me having some time to do the basing. I also have a Frostgrave warband to finish painting by Sunday...

That's got my attention. They're not the same as the resin boxsets of yore, although they match pretty well with the art in the back of the main rulebook (the antenna on the backpack). YAG-something-or-other armour.
