I wasn't there, but if something wearing my form and using my voice went to club to play a Lovecraft Mythos game then we may have a problem.

The comma was there sort of deliberately if slightly wonkily grammatically - No Rory present, Boat Chris was in the Cthulhu game.
Boats next week of some form though

I would have been tempted to us an em-dash at that point to indicate the subject switch. More traditional writing notation is to use a semi-colon.

The ungodly spawn of H P Lovecraft and P G Wodehouse.
I have toyed with the idea of running a roleplay along those lines someday.

Bonkers, but in a good way.
We should get this game series up and running again in the new year.
I am guessing some new games will turn up over Christmas though.
I am tempted to get Xia: Legends of a Drift System . Will see I can get a copy when the next shipment arrives in January.

I wouldnt mind gettig a gang together....one of the joys of Mordheim was being able to use WFB figs for it, but I dont have any 40k or 40k suitable that I can think of.
Anyone able to suggest an alternate 28mm range of scifi minis that would work?

Pig Iron. Pricey but nice; multiple heads so you can good variety. Baggage Train has some nice stuff for quite cheap in their Acropolis range; originally Zapp miniatures, the sculptor also worked for GW. Moonraker Miniatures has marines and some aliens -- part of the "Metal Magic" range. (They may or may not also have suitable "Kill Zone"/"Future Skirmish" figures). ERM has "Corporate Wars" at shop.eastridingminiatures.co.uk/corporate-wars-55-c.aspCopplestone sells his re-implementation of "Kill Zone" as "Future Wars" at link

I like the Copplestone future wars minis. Also take a look at Mantic, they have been doing serial-numbers-filed-off Necromunda factions for a while now.
I'm very keen to get the crew of the Ouroboros back into the grim streets.
