Anyone interested in giving this a go? It’s a heavy economic/resource management/city building euro set in the Gloomhaven universe (several hundred years before the events of that game). And another where it would be helpful if everyone that wants to play, for the first game at least, having some understanding of the game. Paul Grogan (Gaming Rules!) did the official rules video, and I think does a good job of explaining it all: youtu.be/yLixGnYYfNAIt has a little asymmetry (but nowhere near as much as Root) and the most complicated part is the ‘trickle down’ scoring mechanism. Anyway, picked it up just before Xmas, so haven’t had a chance to play it, but thinking of bringing it next Monday if people are interested.

That went well, not as scary compllex as first sight. Could do with a guidance card for building placement.

Yeah, I really enjoyed it.
Going to see if I can find a decent player aid I can print out.
Will be one I bring along again.
