2 players a side; * Undead Guard infantry * Werewolf light infantry * Some sort of commander. (small unit of gun crew) vs * Elf line infantry * Elf grenadiers * A colonel. With a sword! On a horse! Who wants what? The Elves are reasonably good simple starter forces -- good shots, reasonably movement but they're not that tough.. The Undeads are a bit more complicated because they get magical effects and are immune to fear, but they're dreadful shots and slightly smelly. These are Guard so they get really nice uniforms. The Werewolves are fast moving, fast shooting elite light infantry, but there's not very many of them.. There's an introductory guide at: www.fysh.org/~katie/wargames/downloads/flintloque3/FlintloqueforBeginnersbyKatie.pdf which also contains links to the basic rules.
