Hi all,
I'm back from South Africa and going to try to make more club nights in the coming months. I'll be along tomorrow night with some of the games I have acquired recently but not tried: Agammemnon; The Witches (Discworld); and a rather snappy card game one of my colleagues in SA designed called Have at Thee!
Up for anything as usual though.

You burned his fate point too......but yes. It was interesting to see people try using them for more than just "save me" for once

Yeah that was fun and given the peril of the situation it did seem important to keep everyone in the fight and succeed checks when we needed to!

The best boss fights always look darkest just before the dawn. Good teamwork, team!

The expected approach was to mob him, grapple and cuff...which you got round to eventually...with lightning parry, WS of 76, dodge +20, 3 attacks strike to injure, might blow and a toughess of 50 with a tough skull he was a flat up combat monster - his weakness was his strength of 38.
