Hello, taking inspiration from the famous TV series, we played a battle of the Barbarians against the Undead. Both of these armies of Fantasy Warriors lend themselves very well to representing respectively the Brutes and the Army of the Undead animated and ruled by the White Walker (Estranei). The latter find their counterparts in the Necromancers of Fantasy Warriors, who also have an Undead Dragon at their orders. Does it remind you of anything? The army of the Barbarians of F.W., with its Giants and Mammouth, it seems that it could even have been an inspiration to George R.R. Martin for his "Brutes". The only difference is that the "Brutes" are covered with furs, inhabiting a snowy northern region, while the Barbarians of FW, sculpted by Mark Copplestone, are clearly derived from the Conan of drawings by Franzetta and Marvel, in a tropical-bathing estate , while for the Mounted Warriors the Source of Inspiration had been the Rohirrim of The Lord of the Rings. So here is the link to the page of our site where I put the images of this fun battle of Naran Fantasy Wars (our Fantasy Warriors expansion), which we played in the week from 3 to 10 June 2019. www.naran.it/FantasyWars/Immagini/Battaglie/Barbari_NonMorti-10-06-2019/Battle.htmlGood sight.
